Proven leadership experience
Significant operating or leadership experience, backed by case studies you can walk us through with numbers.
Formal coaching credentials
Recognised coach training and credentials. We are an ICF-aligned practice and our Code of Conduct follows the ICF Code of Ethics.
1,200+ billed hours
A minimum of 1,200 hours of billed coaching experience. This is a floor, not a target.
Judgment and warmth
The judgment to challenge a client, and the warmth to keep them in the room while you do it.
